Place to live.....Check!!

Well....our house hunt was cut short by an opportunity too good to pass up. A family friend has a condo in the Galleria area that just so happens to be available for us. Her lessee is moving to Tennessee to get married in a month which leaves a golden opportunity for us. We told ourselves that we did not want to lease a place unless we found a reasonably priced place downtown. This deal was perfect and it just kind of fell into our laps. We figured this would be the only opportunity to live downtown while we were still young and without rugrats............and fate was knocking way too loud to ignore! I am pretty pumped because we go today to walk through it again and discuss more details.
