My apologies in the previous post for referring to our new place as a "condo." Apparently my knowledge of the difference between a condo and a townhouse has been skewed somewhere along the way. Anyway.....it appears as though the lady that is currently living there is moving out sooner than expected..............like two weeks from now!! So now I will move in at the beginning of November or possibly sooner. Things are moving pretty fast but Linds and I are sure this is the right move. FYI......the TOWNHOUSE is located about a block from Wild West, Dave and Busters and many delectable Restaurants. This should make for some fun weekends and easy access to a bed after those oh so long evenings at the Wild West. Here are some pics of the condo:

This is our tiny Kitchen and overfilled living room. I think the current tenant has a bit too much furniture in the living room! Also, anyone with some good safety data or statistics on the dangers of real wood-burning fireplaces in a townhome complex sharing walls would be helpful............it's kinda questionable??

You two are going to love living downtown. You can enjoy the suburbs later when you have kids. I think ya'll are definitely making the right decision! Can't wait to see the new place!
