Saying good bye to 2009...

So, things have been a bit crazy in our world lately - but I wanted to post some of our pictures from the New Years Eve party. We rang in 2010 at the lake house with some of our best friends! It was the first big party hosted at Chalk Bluff and I don't think it could have been any better! My mom had the place decorated to the nines, the guys took care of the "manly" things (you know, making sure we had enough beer, alcohol, wood for fires, and more beer) and I cooked up a storm! All we needed next, was for the guests to arrive! The local neighbors (and their friends), the builder and some of the other workers who built the house, some family, and more friends all came to party!

Here we are with my new friends - Michelle and Karington and "The Box". The box was full of all kinds and types of fun confetti... Little did we know that Burney and I would have to pay for our confetti fun the next morning. It left a HUGE mess behind! So, we had to get out the shop-vacs and attacked the yard.
