So, Christmas came and went as fast as it could - I always feel like I will have so much time off so I can enjoy the holidays, but then the next thing I know, I am back at work. So, here we go re-living some of the memories.
NFX Holiday Party

NFX Breakfast with Santa - This year I was "volunteered" to be on Newfield's party planning committee. I had a wonderful time working with people from other departments planning our company functions. Since we don't have kidos yet, I made sure I helped out at the Breakfast with Santa event so that the employees who did have kids could enjoy their time with them. This year was a total blast - we brought in snow! How cool is that?!? I know I enjoyed it - check me out sliding down the snow hill - so fun!
And my little visit with Santa - I think I am just a little too big to sit on his lap anymore!
Then of course we have Christmas Eve. This Christmas Eve, we had Jeff's dad's family over. It was wonderful to see everyone. Here is Brookie with Cole - a little boy Aunt Karen babysits. So cute!
Uncle Jeff showing Ben how cool he would look if he put on the wrestling mask we bought in Playa for him!
Then chilling with a sleepy baby Blake.
Tearing into presents!
I love seeing how excited the kids get when they are opening gifts!
After the festivities at our house, we headed over to my Uncle Steve and Aunt Theresa's house for my mom's side of the family. Here are "the boyz" - Drewster, Jefferson, and Marko!
Then we have Steven, Kristen, and Jeff. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures on Christmas...
The rest of these pictures aren't from Christmas time, but they are still family ones, so I am including them here.
Then of course we have Christmas Eve. This Christmas Eve, we had Jeff's dad's family over. It was wonderful to see everyone. Here is Brookie with Cole - a little boy Aunt Karen babysits. So cute!
Baby Kate playing with the "phone" we got her for Christmas.
All of the kidos love ganging up on Uncle Jeff - I had to catch them in the act!
I think they are all having fun, don't you? At least it looks like everyone is smiling - well, maybe not Jeff - lol.
Smile!
We also discovered that Jack is "The Baby Whisperer" - so cute!
Not wanting to be left out, here is Brett trying to pull off being a "baby" for K and T. It didn't last too long b/c I told her that babies couldn't eat chocolate cake. I think that was the quickest I have seen a baby "grow up"!
Awe, sisters!
Brett and Kate followed me into my room as I was putting away laundry and before I knew it, they had made up a game. It was adorable to watch Kate copy Brett. The game was "Spin around, Spin around ... now fall down!" There is nothing like hearing them giggle!
We have loved having our house filled with lots of laughter from the kids - just wish it happened because of a happier reason.
