New Year's Eve Wedding

On December 29th, we woke up early (4:00 a.m.) and headed to Florida. Jeff "enjoys" driving, so he wanted to drive there for his buddy Robert's wedding. I, however, do not enjoy driving too much - at least not 17 hours worth! So, I spent most of my time in the backseat watching movies! That part made the drive/ride bearable. The wedding was in Grove City, Florida ~ which is on the Gulf side, past Tampa and near Ft. Myers. We enjoyed a night in St. Petersburg, but for the most part drove past everything else. The wedding was to be held on the main land, but the rehearsal dinner and ceremony were on an island... one you could only access by ferry!

On the wedding day, the weather was beautiful! We took advantage exploring the island and Jeff enjoyed playing!
