"Shower the Kitchen" - My first Shower

This weekend I was honored with my first shower. My mom's best friend, Natalie, was gracious enough to open up her home to host the event. With the help from Cheryl, Kara, Cindy, and Roger (Cindy's husband the wonderful chef) the shower was more than I could have hoped for. I had friends and family from all parts of Texas (and even a cousin from Arkansas) attend the event!

However, before they could claim the item they had to answer a question. Some included advice for the engaged couple, embarasing things about them or testing how well they knew me! I think/hope everyone had fun!

Let the gift opening begin! I received all kinds of kitchen gadgets, tools, and pots to make yummy food for my future husband, family, and friends!

Thank you to everyone for coming to the party and showering me with gifts. It was great to see you all and hear how happy everyone is for us. We are so blessed and happy to share these special times with all the people we love.
